Re: Correct address to send spouse visa application

Hi does it really matter whether you scan at vfs centre or post to them. Mine says information for applicants applying from Pakistan: All Pakistan settlement applicants. You or your representative/sponsor must send a completed application package within 2 weeks of enrolling your biometrics (not befo...

Re: Urgent Access UK and Supporting Documents

My partner submitted his application last night and I attended the VFS Centre in Shoreditch, London today to submit the supporting documents. Walk in and advise you are there for the scanning service. You will be given a ticket and expected to wait (approx. 2hrs). I would advise going first thing. ...

Re: My spouse visa application experiences

I have whatsapp conversation over past eight months. Do I need to attach the whole eight months? or would I be better of taking screenshots for the past eight months and only including chat transcript for a few months? If so, how many months do you recommend? Did you also copy the marriage certific...

Re: Spousal Visa communication

Just curious to know...where does it specifically state that the relationship starts from when you meet in person? For long distance relationships, one could talk to someone via video call and stuff for years before meeting in person and therefore this would be classed as a relationship, no? If its...

Re: VFS London scanning documents

I’d suggest you go early in the morning as they are really busy. I got there at 8.30am and there was a queue of around 30 people lining up. As you walk in, tell them you want to scan and they’ll give you a ticket. You take a seat in the waiting area and when they call your number, you hand over you...

This is salaried employment. My second job was non-salaried and I had been working for over 2 years. I have ...

Re: Spouse Visa - How to submit docs in UK? NO information anywhere?!?

Is this required to be submitted with the supporting document in UK? really? I've just done an applic...

Re: Spouse Visa - How to submit docs in UK? NO information anywhere?!?

This is one of the confusion I'm currently going through, I was told the old site Visa4UK is not be used and instead use the below which to be honest looks much easier and is in steps. I have done application on both sites but not submitted yet and still waiting for someone to confirm which one to ...

Re: Return of spouse visa documents

We paid as part of the application process via VFS global. Might be that it's not available from Pakistan though. But we had the option in Japan, at any rate. Oh ok thanks. I've seen others including the Pakistan timeline post priority visa but unsure and can't message them as it is only a timeline...

Re: Return of spouse visa documents

If you posted them the documents and included a self-addressed & stamped envelope they will return the documents to you when they have finished scanning them themselves. It took about 3 weeks in our case - although we paid for the priority service. Not sure about a scanning location in London -...
