Only the HSMP Team can have definitive answers to your queries outside the remit of the 6-8 processing time frames stated to the general public. I have also deleted your intial post on the same subject.

I am sorry to hear your HSMP application failed. It appears that you accept the HSMP Team score - how does it relate to yours i.e. did you fail because you did not submit a particular document. Work Permits can only be applied for by an employer so you need to find one willing to sponsor you for suc...

I just hope they do wait until the documents arrive before making a decision otherwise I will have to reapply! Don't worry - they have it on file that you are sending in further documentation and won't begin processing your application till such arrives and has been cross referenced to your file. N...

As for applying for EC, dont think it will be a problem, as I was given two years for the working holidaymaker visa. I suspect that they will now need to declare it null and void and then issue a new HSMP visa. The ECO may or may not invalidate the WHM - they are likely to leave it as it is. Upon e...

Khurram, IO only stamps WP/HSMP etc visa the first time you enter the UK. On subsequent entries on the same passport there is no need to do so because your permission to remain in the UK is still in effect - immigration rules changed in 2000 to allow such. There is still a record of your entry thoug...

I guess one of the previous post covers this topic.. It sure does - look here . The key thing as Chess has stated is that it's early days and the rules may change although IMHO they are unlikley to be any more generous than they already are with the current 'can apply for ILR upto 4 weeks before th...

Also they dint mention that I dont need to send the Form FLR, maybe they would discard it If I sent it, do you see any harm in my sending that with my application. IMHO won't make a difference either way as they can't process FLR (HSM) without your passport - by the time you come back from holiday ...

I mean while my child is entitled to apply by him/herself what are the implications of being included in one of his/her parent’s forms? Whilst the Home Office will consider a joint application yo...

The key thing is to emphasise that you will be mixing work with holiday as opposed to highlighting that all you intend to do is work. A standard response should be you plan to have 50:50 split between work and holiday time.

DoubtingThomas, No your parents cannot be included in your application for ILR. However once you obtain ILR there is scope in the immigration rules to sponsor them for ILR where the requirements of the rules are met namely para 317 which states: 317. The requirements to be met by a person seeking in...
