Re: Getting a 2nd or emergency passport during ILR decision

Under the Immigration Act in the UK, you CANNOT leave the UK if you have a pending application or else your application will be assumed withdrawn. You could jeopardize your ILR if you do. You should NOT travel unless your application is decided :!:

Depends on how UKVI views this but possibly no, given that the salary hike did not affect your ILR eligibility

Re: FLR DL Settlement Visa/waiting for 7 months

Some applications are complex. DLR applications may have very complex nature given that the circumstances under which someone was granted leave were probably not very straightforward. Better wait to hear back :!:

We cannot tell you when you will get a response. As you varied your application to FLR, your case is not covered by Tier 1E rules anymore and so I suggest to start a new topic in General Immigration sub forum if you need assistance on your FLR application

Re: Fiancé visa ( family of a settled person? )

Before focusing on the financial requirement under FLR(M) route, you need to know that for an unmarried partner, the requirement is that you should have been living in a 'relationship akin to marriage' for a minimum of 2 years (i.e. cohabitation). You can avoid that by getting married first. However...
