Hi All, Just called HO, they replied my application was received on 30th of April, its awaiting to be allocated to a case worker... should i take it seriously ? or i can still assume this information might be incorrect and might find brown envelope in coming days.... I have done life in UK + a engineering degree from UK university but the NCS is asking to provide a letter from Uni that degree was taught in english ??? whats this about...??? You all probably be sick of this question,I was granted ILR on the 25/04/13, under 28 days i can apply on 28/03/14..
i heard rumors 28 days rule doesn't apply to BC application.

Could somebody kindly shed some light on this topic.

i am in your shoes too... applied on 25/09/12.... and got iLR on 25/4/12.... again no fault of mine, as i didn't get any query or anything. simple delay by UKBA...

I am very tempted to apply at the end of this month.. when my 15 months are up...

Naturalisation Question

Hi All,


i got my ILR last week on 10 years basis after 7.5 months wait.... can i apply for British Passport on 15 months rule... or 28 days prior to completion of my 15 months since my application for ilr was made ?
