I am about to apply for Nationality Via the NCS service, now intend to travel during my application is with HO... but i heard from somebody that whilst ur application is with HO ur not allowed to travel...

You all probably be sick of this question,I was granted ILR on the 25/04/13, under 28 days i can apply on 28/03/14..
i heard rumors 28 days rule doesn't apply to BC application.

Could somebody kindly shed some light on this topic.

so what you saying applying under 15 months rule is risky or worth a try

i am in your shoes too... applied on 25/09/12.... and got iLR on 25/4/12.... again no fault of mine, as i didn't get any query or anything. simple delay by UKBA...

i got my ILR last week on 10 years basis after 7.5 months wait.... can i apply for British Passport on 15 months rule... or 28 days prior to completion of my 15 months since my application for ilr was made ?

Looking at last week's approvals UKBA are finally getting work done... since a lot of Aug's applicants got their iLRs last week.... i wonder when they will start processing sep ones....
