Hi Guys,



I am about to apply for Nationality Via the NCS service, now intend to travel during my application is with HO... but i heard from somebody that whilst ur application is with HO ur not allowed to travel...


Please shed some light on this....

Hi Guys,


You all probably be sick of this question,I was granted ILR on the 25/04/13, under 28 days i can apply on 28/03/14..
i heard rumors 28 days rule doesn't apply to BC application.

Could somebody kindly shed some light on this topic.

i am in your shoes too... applied on 25/09/12.... and got iLR on 25/4/12.... again no fault of mine, as i didn't get any query or anything. simple delay by UKBA...

I am very tempted to apply at the end of this month.. when my 15 months are up...

Naturalisation Question

Hi All,


i got my ILR last week on 10 years basis after 7.5 months wait.... can i apply for British Passport on 15 months rule... or 28 days prior to completion of my 15 months since my application for ilr was made ?
