Yes i Iwould urge you to contact your MP and explain the sittuation to him, and ask him to write direct to the BHC Islamabad asking for latest position. Alternatively ask the MP to ask the appropiate misister in the HO in London to look into it. Remember what the BHC has on its computer is easily ac...

My understanding of Living alone is that they have no other close relative to look after them. For example, if you mum and dad had a brother or sister or grandkids to look after them, then they would not be classified as living alone. Whilst i accept that it is pretty difficult to get parents in the...

Here are some extracts from Entry Clearance guidance used by ECO at the British High Commision through out the world. You can try using these circumstances, but if your parents get this visa, consider yourself very very lucky. parents or grandparents under the age of 65 years if living alone outside ...

I agree with Sakura If you did the ESOL 1 for your ILR, then you need to be on ESOL 2 for your nationality.

I know someone who has sent a ESOL 1 for his Nationality only a few weeks ago , but that is because esol wasnt required at the time for his ILR application.

Sally if you say your husband is an overstayer, then he is an illegal immigrant. There is no way that he will be added on the tennancy agreement. I am somewhat confused by a few comments here. Why is it that they are asking their hubbys/partners be included on the tennancy agreement?. I cant see anyt...

The documents you have listed appear to be sufficient. Am I right in saying that your husband was refused earlier and you have re-applied with a new application?. If this is the case, what was he refused for in the first place?. It is important to make sure you dont make the same mistake as the earli...

Shameem Patience is the virtue of everything ..... take a deep breath and relax and let events take it own course. Remember VAC or Gerrys are ONLY a handling centre. They do not make the decision. If you own the house, then the title deeds will be with your solicitors who did the paperwork for you. If you have a mortgage, the deeds will be with the bank from whom you got your mortgage. If you dont own the house, then you dont need to provide title deeds. All you will need is a tennancy agreem...

Yes of course it will.

The onus is on you to make sure your name is spelt correctly. Officials will only put down what you have written on your application. Its your duty to make sure your name is spelt correctly.

For all we know you could be using other peoples identity.

Your husband must have his own seperate account showing the money he has going in and out. The only disadvantage of opening a new account and putting a lump sun in it, will make the ECO suspicious, and he will think that your husband has just put this amount in just before making an application. I w...

Did you a TB test?. If...

I think it is a bit unfair on the ECO to refuse you on the grounds, that your husbands name is not on the tennancy agreement that you have provided. A traditional asian "arranged marriage" is where the parents of both the boy and girl arrange a marriage for their children.Obviously the pair get to meet, see, talk to each other for a short period. They are then asked if they are happy to go ahead with the marriage. If BOTH parties agree, then the...
