Its called a Sponsored Declaration.

It is a declaration by a sponsor that he/she will undertake t full repsonsibility of the person whom they are sposnoring that are intending to come to the UK. If you read some of the posts below you will find a link to it.

No. The english version is only a translation of the Urdu one.

The Urdu one is the official document.

Obviously if you live in the UK,you will need to provide a translated version to government officials,because most of them will not understand the Urdu version.

Just because the document is incorrect does not mean you are not lawfully married. If you have gone through an Islamic nikah namma , then in law you are legally married. The 19 weeks is only a guidance. It takes longer than that, sometimes as much as 6/7 months before the appeal haering. You will get notification of appeal about 6 weeks before it is actually heard. I sent only about 10 docs in total.Some of them individuals one( (college,doctors, employment,medical card mail order) rand 3 shared ones(bank statement, council tax, joint gas bill).

Just telll you dont have anymore. Be honest with them, dont produce fakes just for the sake of it.
