Re: Looking For Tier 2 Sponsor

It's ironic everyone here seems to be against contracting but on every post there's the ad "UK Tier 2 Sponsors for daily rates of £180 and above. Call workpermit.com 0344 991 9222" and no one has the courage to say anything. I have contacted them oadamson but work permit asked me if i had a sponsor...

Re: business premises rent as investment

Yes you can use rent as your investment but in your case i think you need to apportion the rent according to rooms per house and how much portion of your room or house you are using for your business.

Re: A question

Your annual income should be 18600 Per annum and it has certain guidelines and rules about this threshold, I would suggest you either go and have a look at policy guidance your self or consult a lawyer.

Re: Tier 1 Enterpreneur Visa 50K New Rules After 11 July Ref

I understand what you mean. Unfortunately, your application has been refused by the decision maker because he/ she feel that your contract has no start date or the start date is not clear and precise. You have two options: 1). If you or your solicitor can argue that the contract is an acceptable an...

Re: Looking For Tier 2 Sponsor

Umbrella companies can not offer tier 2 employment however there are a good number of Sponsors undertaking this abuse. Essentially you go and find a job after you have been granted you visa on the basis of a false COS for a job that does not exist and that you will never be paid for. You get the jo...

Re: complictaed question about Tier 1 Entrepreneur

I think Hammad is very right being a Chartered Accountant , and yes you will have tax implications which u need to discuss with an accountant. You can work any way you like, whether as a sole trader or as a partnership or as a company. But these all have certain tax and liability implication. The la...

If you apply again and even your visa is granted but still loose your continuty because there is break and you were legally...

Brother I think you have to either go for a judicial review or have to apply for a new visa, when u r saying they have not given you right of appeal . Because ur continuty is broken when u were at court of appeal and you have applied for a new visa , i think that is why they did not have given you r...
