Answer was that they do supposedly process in date order but some take longer due to requesting more information, which we all know is totally untrue. I know my husband has been asked for nothing thus far. The HO means requesting more information from other governmental agencies and not the applica...

My question is can my trips (abroad) delay the process of my application? I wonder if ordering a SAR file from UKBA whilst your naturalisation application is being considered will give any insights on their methods.... You'd probably get it after naturalisation decision  I submited my application 3 months and a few days a go for BC via NCS. which means in Jan/2012; ...

I didn't see this, but it happened to me. and this information was provided by UKBA in Leverpol when I called them. So, a month after I applied, if I go on a 5-day break out of the UK [counted as 3 days absence] I should notify UKBA? And, do they expect that business people who might travel abroad ...

Yes, you can travel with your previous passport after submitting application. but it is better to inform UKBA by sending a letter (recorded delivery) to them and mention your destination, time (how many days a way) and personel details. Where did you see this? I didn't see this, but it happened to ...

However, under EEA regulations, in order to obtain a Permanent Residence status you are required to have CSI (if student of self sufficient). The GPs are not e...
