Re: ILR documents

Thank you Zimba 😊

I used my Masters as evidence for FLRM. Will that still do or is B1 necessary? Do I still need to save hundreds of cohabitation documents?

Re: Applying for NHS bursary

Sorry to tag along on this post.

The list contains “child benefits” which almost every parent gets. Do these matter if wife and the child are British citizen?

Re: FLRM Extension

Thank you so much for all your guidance. I really appreciate it :) 1. Can online bank statements, for verification of pay, be submitted without a stamp? I have one month of postal statement that I cannot locate. Last time, I went to the bank and got the online statements stamped. Is that really nece...

Re: FLRM Extension

Thank you so much :)

I was going through some of the posts and someone was advised by HO to return the energy rebate of 150 that households received recently.

All my bills are joint accounts with my wife who is British and entitled to the rebate. Will this be an issue?

Thanks :)

Re: FLRM Extension

Thank you so much for all the help :) A few questions 1. Do payslips (NHS issued) need to be stamped? 2. What is the best way to compile heaps of cohabitation documents? Source wise? - Council, water, electricity etc compiled according to source? OR Chronologically? - different sources grouped accor...

Re: FLRM Extension

Thank you so much I really appreciate it :) Both myself and my wife are NHS workers. I was able to claim back the IHS fees I paid last time thanks to guidance from expert members here. However, I can only claim 6months at a time. For FLRM extension, do I need to pay IHS again and then claim 6 months...

FLRM Extension

Hi Thank you in advance for all the help. My current BRP expires in the first week of October this year. As I understand it, I can apply for flrm extension in the first week of September. Is this correct? In one post on the timeline section, someone successfully applied for their extension 3 months ...

IHS refund

Hi, I am on the first round of my FLR(M). When I applied for it 2 years back, I was working in a non-NHS job while my wife was employed by NHS. I work for NHS now for a year. Am I eligible for a refund on the IHS fees? Second, when I apply for extension in a few months, am I exempt from IHS fees? Th...

Change of address

I changed from Tier 2 to FLRM a few months back. I have recently moved addresses. Do I need to report the change of address to HO (just like Tier 2)?

Thanks

IHS refund

I have successfully changed from Tier 2 to FLRM. There were still more than 1.5 years left on my Tier2. Is there a way to request the HO to refund the IHS on my remaining Tier2 or is that even possible? I heard on the news yesterday that IHS is being examined for NHS workers. If IHS is indeed revoke...

I checked the envelope just now. It’s a brown envelope with no stamp or markings. Just a PO Box address at the back for the Return Unit in Bristol.

Re: Courier service for BRP delivery London

For others in similar position, BRP was delivered today. No hassles. The delivery driver was aware this was a Home Office document and was very diligent. Instead of signature, he took pictures of my front door. I am not sure if he had my cell number. He buzzed into the area using the intercom.

Courier service for BRP delivery London

Can anyone please tell me what courier service HO is using these days to deliver BRPs in the London area? I live in a gated community where entry is a pain to figure out for most delivery drivers especially these days when the management office is shut. Is it signed delivery? Does HO provide deliver...
