no.but i think even if there is - it is acceptable as long as it is CASH .this is what I understand formt he guidleines .plz correct me if I am wrong.

thanks guys .But fixed cash deposit should be acceptrable isnt it ? even if there is time constraint - as it says "even when notice should be given".

are any cash deposits held in foregn financial institutions where the money is accessable anytime are accepted as evidence for maintanace funds?

hi guys - I hv received a letter from UKBA asking for statement to go back to 1st of November 2012 - even though I am only claiming points for the period from 19th Nov 12 - 15th Feb 2013. I don't knw why this is.. The main problem the letter is dated 18th March 2013 and asked to submit within 7 days...

this is only a requirement for ppl switiching form PSW right ? no for ppl switiching from other categories like Tier 2 G - didn't you notice that ?
