10 year rule for child

So we understand that a child born in the uk (2007) can have a citizenship at 10 yrs of age. We are on our 2nd eea1/2 m, due pr in 2 years time. (Noneu spiuse with eu national self suff). The funny part our 1st child will turn 10 before our pr date and with brexit we would like to secure ourselves a...

Brexit visa alternatives to EU nationals

Just been bugging us. There was a speculation that eu citizens in the UK after a potential brexit would have to go through tier2 visas. If thats the case, hypothetically, what will happen? Will we have to leave and apply from outside the UK? There is a salary threshold, would it matter who has got a...

Re: CSI QUESTION? When did it become compulsory??

Well this is my question. Can we apply as selfsufficient as per before 2011? I Was the sponsor. No benefits whatsoever and no burden to society.

Special consideration PR?

Been here 9 years on our second eea1/2 now due for pr as self sufficient with csi and part time work (my eu spouse) just in case. After researching, it states somewhere that the HO can issue PRs under special considerations. Obviously we are a bit twitchy with the brexit and the uncertainty of chang...

Re: What will happen to new PR applications after Brexit?

Due to the legacy of colonialism, UK nationality...

Re: Second EEA1/2

Thank you for the reply. However legally, obviously we got the eea1/2 initially on the basis of self employment, nothing changed for the first 5 years until they told us we were under the economical threshold of 70£/week. We then got a csi and reapplied for another eea1/2. Thats quite confusing.
