Thanks.
am more concerned about the nature of employment. Its not a permanent post, its rather more like a zero hour contract.

Working in bank in NHS counts?

Hello
My eea spouse works at 25 hrs permanent at the moment but she wants to change her field.
What is the stand on "bank" shifts in the NHS. If she can do over 25 hrs a week fullfilling the minimum threshold wage but not having a permanent contract will that count towards her being employed? Thanks.

Re: Zero hr contract average

Thank you for the reply. I take on board what you said but being burnt once woth the self employment deemed ineffective because there was no earning of 70£/week we just wanna make sure we are doing the right thing here. Hence in the new home office article they are defining a worker - regardless of ...

Re: Application for a 2nd Resident Card (EEA2)visa

You both apply together eea1+2 providing a cover letter and all the payslips and p60s provided she works.

Re: Application for a 2nd Resident Card (EEA2)visa

Similar situation here. Wife was self employed whilst looking after our new borns but PR refused as she was deemed economically inactive (apparantly you have to show a 70£/week income) and had no csi. We reapplied for another eea1/2 and got it thru self sufficiency and a CSI. I would stringly advice...

Re: Are we leaving the EU?

As an Eea resident with my wife and both working with not a single penny from the gov we both totally support the fact that illegals and benefit thieves should be tracked down. Borders should be controlled as well as it is not fair on britain the amount of influx even from other advanced eu countrie...
