So that means once u receive RP, all procedures are finished i hope..
we can travel out of UK and return bk? or should be go for seperate visa stamping process

Folks, just a weird doubt..

Is it "residence permit visa" stamped when u apply for Tier1?
I thought it would be another kind of Work permit

I'm bit worried why i cant use the uplift factor, as the salary i'm earning in India is my indian salary only. I'm not planning of showing Per diem (allowance). Is that valid?
