Now the form for Tier1 Dependent also has a section to give consent for UKBA to check with the bank.

Who should put the name and address in the
"Name and Address of applicant" ? of section 5?

Is it the main applicant or the dependent?

Great post from lionking and plans.. My advice is.. never plan any legal or discussions with UKBA without a proper official announcement. Another thing which I've seen is.. I've called my 8 friends after this announcement. Not even 1 of them are aware of these changes nor the risk for existing T1(G)...

I feel, any extension should be done carefully, coz if HO says the time for ILR has been extended to 6 years, then the entire planning will go..

I would wait for an official word from HO regarding settlement before the extensions...
