Dear Members,

Just Need an advice about ILR,

I am planning to attend PEO in couple of weeks without my dependent. At the moment I am on TIER 1 VISA and she is my dependent. Just need to double check that

Is it ok if I apply her ILR later on by post or PEO?

I don't think so. Many people got ILR with court fine and it also depends on what they treat as court issued FPN. So I think that the main ground for refusal for traffic offences is recklessness. So if you are fined for shoplifting then it's definitely 24 months wait, if it's traffic offence it sho...

I got SAR and disclosure scotland I found my Court Fine and 6 points on my license overthere. I got this fine on May 2012 and my visa run out in June 2013.

Guru and Moderators guide me whether i can apply for TIER 1 extension?
