My appeal has been postponed to june because HO could not file and submit their bundle.It is shame that I provided mine to them and the court but they failed to do their part but asked for adjournment.I will update you the outcome

Jay-Khan as the law stands, this guy can either marry in church of England without COA or get COA from HO and marry in registry. He can marry in temple and get all the evidence but I do not think HO will accept that for immigration purposes

Are you a British? From the first line you said " I was British" which confuses me.If you are British and your wife has student visa, then she has to change to spouse visa to draw the benefits from you.After two years if the law still remains the same ,then your wife can apply for ILR etc.
