Child benefit will not affect your PR.As for child tax credit i am not sure about that.Wait for others to coment.Check page 6 and 7 properly.

Strange situation.Why don`t you reapply and address the concerns of HO?I have never heard a case like yours before where even the court could not decide the outcome.Make fresh application with your new evidence if any.

Having got confirmation of PR status, after filing a form EEA3 or EEA4, as appropriate, if you have had that confirmation for at least one year then you clearly pass that test as regards applying for Naturalisation. You can naturalised without her help provided you can show that you have lived here for 5 years.You can send the same document you used for PR for naturalisation.

Why appeal if the only reason for refusing your application is your passport not being included, then send it to them and stop the hassle of appealing and save yourself some money.It costs money to appeal if you are going for a lawyer.

No,

But you need prove to show that your ex exercised treaty rights before you divorced, more importantly the time you start the divorce proceedings to the time decree absolute was granted.

The letter from the tribunal indicates that you(the appellant has withdrawn the appeal) so what help do you need again.If you have withdrawn the appeal but the got the necessary documents now, then make fresh application.
