As stated earlier, if you can satisfactory address the deception allegation, then you may have a chance. Else, you should wait until the ban period is completed.

She may apply for a spouse visa endorsement perhaps with special entry conditions (one requirement is that they were living together outside the UK for at least four years). Her non-British children may apply for child settlement visas. Subject to the maintenance and accommodation requirements.

Can I be naturalised as a British citizen?

If you are not a spouse or civil partner of a British citizen, then you also should have held, or deemed to have held (10), ILR for at least a year.
