However, be aware that as the laws on nationality changed in 1983, it is possible that you may be refused. Significantly, people born from 1983 have the Right of Abode iff they are British. Thanks everyone , i sent an email to the case worker and she acknowledge she made a mistake . Just got a letter to today in the post , i have been put back on the 5 year parent route. My next extension will be ILR. do you mind sharing the criteria to switch from a 10 years to 5 years route as a par...

Request a reconsideration. Ask them why D-LTRPT.1.1. had failed.
