@bob44 we need someone to clarify on how/when to apply for indefinite it will be a disappointment to wait for 7 years to apply for it.

I am sure they will be an easy way out of this me i will just try to send my application in 2017 and see what H/O will say if they return it back then fair enough.

I hope soon they will start doing their jobs but have you tried calling them to see which deadline they will give you , me they told me that by 19 April i should receive my papers.

You sound too bitter if you have elaborated what this human being has done that he/she deserves to be send back to their home country it will help. No i don't have family my case was not about family it was just a refused asylum case then i was given 3 yrs DL.

Just to answer your question , she will qualify to apply for indefinite leave in 2017 not 2018.
