Thanks ,

my confusion is , as it is related to Q7.11 "How long you lived in UK"
So is "6 months" absences across whole 5 years or in a 12 month consecutive period

Hi Mind_The _Gap,

Did you fill up the table under 7.11 for the absences in and out ,
"Please provide details of any periods of absence of more than 6 months during that time"
do we need to fill only if absences are more than 6 months or any absences ?

My understanding is that they don't calculate the period between stamping your first visa and your first arrival to the UK as absence. Your absences are still counted from the day you entered the UK. i also have same understanding that absences are counted from the day of entry and if entry is with...
