Re: Advice needed about court of appeal

@attahass Yes that's the only reason that I supplied the online version of CAR, which dosent contain the date of appointment. There was other documentation from which the case worker could've established the date of director's appointment. I was relying on evidential flexibility, but few days before...

Upper tribunal appeal dismissed

I received my judgement today from upper tribunal, and it's been dismissed.
I'm planning to apply for permission to go to court of appeal
My question is will my leave under section 3C is going to continue if I go to court of appeal?
Look forward to hearing from the senior members

Re: Need advice to switch to Tier 2 General

Have you called the tribunal to check the status of your application? As 2 months is far too long to get a response from the tribunal. If your application is still pending, then yes you can apply for a different category. Withdraw your appeal and same day send your Tier 2 application to home office ...

Hi Riaz, if your hearing is on 15th of June it will take 2 weeks to get determination. It may take longer but just to be on the safe side keep 2 weeks in your mind. After you receive the letter you will have 5 days to apply to get permission to go to Upper Tribunal. It'd take another 2 weeks to get ...

Re: Upper tribunal hearing

I had my hearing today at upper tribunal. I've changed my representation so my new barrister added new grounds of appeal and evidence. It all went well, at one point judge said that she'd allow the appeal on which HOPO raised his concern about the new evidence and amended grounds of appeal. He said ...

Hi there, just wondering does your leave gets extended under 3c/3d when you seek permission to go to court of appeal?
Or does it actually stops at upper tribunal.

Many Thanks
