Spouse Visa Immigration Rules

Dear friends

One of mine friend spouse visa has been refused under S-EC 2.2(a) of Appendix FM for submitting false representatives or document with or without his knowledge. Do this refusal inder S-EC of Appendix FM will result in further refusal for all spouse visa application?

If the wife is unable to pass Life in the UK and B1 English test, how many she and her son can renew visa under FLR(M)?

Dear Vinny,

the child is now 17 year 10 months and is full time employed. He is going to apply for extension of visa with FLR(M) with his mother at PEO Croydon. Will full time employment create a problem for him?

Who knows? Perhaps the drafters had intended it this way. Until they change the rules , one may say that it's consistent with the earlier judgments and removes doubt that full-employment for dependent children ages 18 or over is allowed. Ok so there is no problem in full time working for the child ...

Dear friends

I am a British Citizend also holding Residency Card of Belgium. My wife is Indian. The Uk laws are quite tough to bring her there. I just want to know that how many months financial document do i require before i can apply family reunion visa for my wife.
