Re: Settlement Visa from India : Timeline

Thanks so much for this.
W.r.t. your (sponsors) passport - are black and white photocopies of all stamped/relevant pages acceptable?
Thanks,

Re: Settlement Visa from India : Timeline

Hi All,

My wife would be applying for spouse visa from Delhi next week.

Seems after increasing the visa fee by massive 25%, at least they have reduced the time line form 3-6 weeks to 2 days-2 weeks.

Am I correct? Sounds good!

Cheers!

Re: Application for PR or PR card: form EEA (PR) - UpToDate

Hi Carling, Below is my list of docs I sent, I think my case was straightforward and that’s why I received PR in good time. My EEA Ex-wife had received PR few years ago, so that makes things much simpler for the Case officer. Also, she co-operated and provided me with certified copies of her docs. T...

Hey, no probs.
It's better if you apply together with EEA national as the main applicant. The process gets quicker.
Good luck!

Re: EEA4 fast processing times or wishful thinking

mbist, I have a question about your item 2: "2. Was you wife exercising treaty rights or have PR?" If my wife (who is EEA) gets her permanent residence during my 5 year RC. Then, we get divorced. Then, when I apply for my PR based on retained rights, do I need to show ONLY that at the time of divor...
