If you want to get your girlfriend here then you must make sure she is going to return to Philippines. You Want to get married so apply for D visa forget shortcuts

Asylum from Brazil? And now married. They are naturally suspicious has your claim been adjudicated vallid?. They will need solid evidence that your marriage is forr real and your partner is working here. Hire a Barrister, a good one will cost a lot because the onus is on you to prove your case.

Becoming Irish zero help for permanent residence, everyone has to wait 5 years. Your wife gap in residence may require an explanation if longer than 6 months for naturalization. In switzerland you got to wait 12 years

Unfortunately there are no short cuts such as just showing up. I doubt you will get a visa at the airport, Your only way in is to apply for a visa back home at the British embassy as that's what you want to live in the UK :?:
