Hi Loganx01,

I'm also Brazilian (Settled in UK) and applied for spouse visa back in 2015 for my partner after overstaying for 3 yrs but leaving the country voluntarily without being caught, removed or deported. The application was successful and it took over over 8 weeks.

Wow, what a relief, Thanks a lot for giving me peace of mind. I also have a letter from my manager saying I have been in the company since April 2010 on a full-time permanent basis.
