It shouldnt be a problem at Immigration. If asked best thing is tell them the truth, that you both are not intending to live in UK for long and she willl be here for only 3 months hence a visitor visa, you shouldnt be having any problems.

If you are that worried, if you dont sponsor her she will not be asked any questions regarding you because they wouldnt know. she can apply as a tourist visa and dont have to answer anyting about u.

I dont think it will be a problem anyway.

12 consecutive months from last 12 months should suffice.

But Bank Statement should cover last 15 months if thats the case as ur maintanance amount should be within last 28days

Dependants does not have any rules for absence but the absence should be for important reasons... as you are stating its for medical reasons they should be not having any issues.

Whats stopping you in applying 3?

As long as they have valid PBS Dependent visa doesnt matter if you have switched to ILR or stayed on PBS.

why do you want to confuse yourselves? its easy

Your 5year starts from 5th June 2009, so you will complete 5 years on 4th June 2014.(If you have no breaks)

you can apply for ILR 28days before 4th June 2014, that is from 6th may 2014 onwards
