pksiva,

You shouldnt have rushed and applied that soon for ur 1st extension, i think u will have to go for a early extension in April2015 to cover your 10days short, in theory you canapply for ILR after 09/05/2016.

You can switch from Tier-1 to TierE but you need to re-start ur IL period again.

Didnt understand what u want, but where does it say it did not allow you to go holidays and meet ur relatives friends? You have to provide reasons for the absense and if you go and meet ur relatives for short time, you need to mention as holidays work approved. Hi I was referring to their wording.....

Visa will be given 3 yrs or 2 yrs depends on case worker.

Once he finished that 40days he can apply for ILR.

What do you mean by informing? You will applying for ILR with ur new pasport, old passport will become defunct once you get the new one.

u have to show 2 evidences, so u cant forecast

any 12 consecutive months in the last 15 months will be fine but u have to show 2 proofs.

it is advisable to have account documents done recentl. so have it new

it doesnt matter wen u have done work, payslip and amount shown in bank account are imp, as long as they are in those last12 months thar shud be fine

all 12 months should be consecutive in the last 15months.

you cant choose and pick months in between.

1. why do you want to go for early extensions? You can apply before it expires, it doesnt add any value by going for early extension. If you want it for some reasons, doesnt matter you can apply oct-nov but sometimes you may only get 3 yrs from date u have applied rather to the expiry date in ur vis...
