I came in UK Jan 2010.I am on legal status right through.My Tier 1 extension application is with UKVI.If incase it's rejected for any reason then if I will come back to UK in 6 months then Am I eligible for 10 years residency?

They did not ask for one.
They just wanted to know work carried out in last financial year.
So i just sent invoices alongwith bank statements showing deposit of them invoices.

SAR will take 40 days after payment debited from your account.I applied for SAR on 15/12/2017 and still there is no news and still payment hasn't been debited.
