1) You can continue working as long as your husband's leave has not been curtailed by UKVI if he resigns. If the leave to remain is curtailed in the event of resignation, then your leave to remain will be curtailed as well to be aligned with your husband. 2) You should leave before the expiry of you...

Re: Salary requirement for extension of tier 2 (General Visa

The salary for 2419 is based on 39 hours a week so your employer can prorate the salary if you do less than 39 hours but it should still be on experience rate.

Re: Queries regarding Tier 2 General Visa extension with cha

Yes, I believe so. 15/02 would have been valid when you would be extending your visa with the same employer.

Moderators can give more better advise on this but I would say work till 01/02 with you old employer to be on safe side.

Thanks,

Re: Tier 2 and 55% increase in salary

Hi,

The employer should notify UKVI through SMS system for salary increase in 10 working days from the effective date if the increase in salary is not for all employees and specifically for the migrant on performance basis.

Thanks

3 months within the COS issue date. d) visa start date will be 10/01 but you should only be able to start work for Employer 02 on the start date on COS which is 10/03/2017. If this is the case then you would only be able to work for Employer 01 till 15/02/2017 as this will be the work end date for e...

Re: Immigration card

Hi,
If the officer advised you that it is not required then most probably they have some other procedure is in place for entering check in data.

The most important thing for your record is the entry stamp in your passport. Was your passport stamped?

Re: tier 2 dependent urgent question

Hi,

As you are changing employer then it will be a new Tier 2 application (not extension).

Your wife can apply later any time before her current leave expires provided you have received your approval letter before her visa expires.

Hassan

Re: Tier 2 General (Changes of employment)

I just checked my approval letter and it has my correct Job title.

I think it should not be a problem as in your case its look like its a typo error but to reassure yourself you can write back to the case working asking if the wrong job title on approval letter needs correction or not?

Re: Does a JOb in NQF level 4 valid to get Tier 2

Hi,

NQF Level 4 Jobs do not qualify for Tier 2 visa. The job has to be on minimum NQF Level 6 or on shortage Occupation list.

Your employer needs to work out which SOC closely matches with your job description.
