Re: Business Address Change

shall we proceed ahead with assigning cos and ask him to apply his visa?
Yes, as UKVI has also confirmed this to you. This should not have any effect on the prospective employee visa application.

Re: SHEFFIELD

We are well within the 15 working day deadline. Then give biometrics immediately. It looks like application has not been decided and once she enrols her biometrics, she will hopefully get ILR. Regarding, the letter received by your employer, is it from Home Office advising them your wife is not all...

Now I have secured another increment to raise my salary to 36K, which will be applicable from next month.
Make sure this time your employer report this change within 10 working days from the applicable date.

Re: SHEFFIELD

Hi, The letter which was sent to you was for biometric enrolment which is part of every visa application. It has nothing to do with Biometric Passports. Every applicant has to enrol biometrics in order to get Biometric Resident Permit. Your wife should have enrolled her biometrics when requested as ...

Re: UK vsit visa

Hi,

You should put in "City Name, Pakistan" for example "Karachi, Pakistan" in there. That is what all my relatives did when they applied for visit visa.

Thanks,

Re: Tier 4 to Tier 2 (Employee Sponsor)

Masters degree falls in NQF 6 or above category. But the job offered to you should also be on NQF Level 6. Having masters degree does not always mean that the job employer is offering you is on NQF Level 6 as well. In order to qualify for Tier 2 visa, you will need to make sure that the SOC code yo...

Re: T2 visa curtailment letter - not received

This is the requirement of ILR based on Tier 2 that there should be no more than 60 days gap in between two employments in the last two years.
Apologise, I meant to write last five years. Wrote two years by mistake. CR001 has already provided you the references.

Hassan

Re: T2 visa curtailment letter - not received

Hi, This is normal. Curtailment letters are usually received after many months. Hopefully she will get a new job before the curtailment letter is received. The only problem she will face will be in ILR in which employment gap of more than 60 days is not allowed. She is checking regularly with her cu...

Re: URGENT!! Tier 2 change of employement

Normally, dependent visa is only refused when main applicant visa is refused. I don't see any point when his visa is refused when you are granted the visa.

Even if it happens he will have 14 days to re apply within UK by correcting the errors in last application.

Re: Change of Employment Salary Requirement (Urgent)

Please, be advised that if during RLMT they find another suitable settled candidate, then they will need to offer the job to that person.

It seems like you are pre selected for the job which can lead to refusal of visa.

Thanks,
Hassan
