Re: Change of Employment Salary Requirement (Urgent)

Hi, If they assign COS with 28,000 before 6th of April and I apply for the visa after 6th of April then that would be an issue as well for salary. am I right? I am not sure on this, wait for seniors to respond. Actually, no clear instructions have been issued by UKVI on this. All I know that they sa...

Re: Change of Employment Salary Requirement (Urgent)

they will conduct interviews as well but not mine. If they find another suitable settled candidate during this interview, then they should offer the job to that candidate. Also, I believe they should be interviewing you again with other candidates on order to have a fair RLMT. Pre-selection is not ...

Re: Change of Employment Salary Requirement (Urgent)

Please, be advised that if during RLMT they find another suitable settled candidate, then they will need to offer the job to that person.

It seems like you are pre selected for the job which can lead to refusal of visa.

Thanks,
Hassan

Re: Flr FP application process gone past 6 months

In my honest opinion, you are risking your 5 years studies going in vein because of this. The chances for successful application is almost zero as CR001 said. You will also need to wait until they decide the application which could be months and months and meanwhile you will not be able to apply for...

Re: Urgent help, spouse has been convicted

Hi, I am not extremely sure and seniors will be able correct me if I am wrong but I think you might qualify for Domestic Violence visa as you have been betrayed by your partner and have been victim of mental abuse by your British partner. I don't know what evidences are required to follow this route...

Re: Minimum Salary Threshold for INDEFINITE LEAVE TO REMAIN

1) You only need to maintain the threshold for ILR at the time of ILR application. Even if you meet the threshold even a month before ILR application you should be fine.
2) Bonus can qualify towards ILR if they are guaranteed bonuses. Ad hoc bonuses do not count towards ILR pay threshold.

Re: Can Employer Give Tier 2 General Cos Holder Bonus on Fir

Hi, They can give bonus. It does not matter if it was mentioned in the COS or not. The point to remember, if the 10% bonus is for all staff then they do not need to inform UKVI through SMS system but if it is specifically for you on your performance basis then they will need to report about this bon...

Hi, This is really good and also helpful news for others. Can you share little more information on this that will help others who may come across the same situation? 1) To whom you wrote the letter? The issuing address on the letter or Tier 2 department where you sent your postal application. 2) Whe...

Re: New Sponsorship Licence Tier 2 General

Can run in parallel.

When making sponsorship application, the employer will need to mention in their sponsorship application that they are doing RLMT or have completed RLMT.

RLMT should not be more than 6 months old from the COS issue date.

Did you have a big jump in salary shortly before applying for ILR in order to meet the £35k salary requirement?

Your company SMS user probably does not know how to do this. Best to ask them to get in touch with Empl...
