Hi Kumar, Your company should contact employer helpline and ask them how can they get urgent Cos. I am not sure how but I am sure that the company get request additional unrestricted COS any time. No, it means you will have to be on experienced rate or 30,000 (whichever higher) if you apply in or after April 2017.

Hi,

The passport application will be successful as you have settlement approval before baby's arrival. You will need to send that ILR approval letter as a proof of settlement.

If he is applying for extension in March, then he should be fine with the 27K as long as this salary is at or above the minimum required for his SOC code.

If he applies after March, then he will need to have at least 29K pay.

What is his SOC code and working hours?

Are you looking for Umbrella company through which you can do contracting?

If no, then pardon me. If yes, then contracting under Tier 2 is not allowed.

The good news is at least someone has access to the SMS system. Normal application of in year cos renewal takes up to 18 weeks. It will be wise if you ask your consultant to go for priority application which will cost £200 but cos allocation will be very quick. See link below: https://www.gov.uk/gov...

No, it does not mean that COS allocation was renewed. Only the person who has access to SMS system will be able to tell this.

Yes, they can use the same RLMT for six month if the vacancy has not been filled.

Why they are withdrawing the COS application and then putting a fresh application? Will this not cause more delay?

Yes, The employer still needs to inform UKVI as you have not received your ILR approval yet and technically you are still on Tier 2 visa.
