My question is I have already included her name in the tenancy agreement (I have rented a house in the UK) which is from the month of October. Will this cause any issue as she is actu...

Re: ICT Tier2 to ILR

Option 1 would be more feasible. My current employer might be able to give me Tier 2 General. I discussed about it with them. But my HR mentioned that I need to go back to my home country to get the Tier 2 General visa and It may take up to 5 months, so she didn't want to do that now. Was she right...

Re: Halifax Reward Account

Thanks trueblue19 for your response with detailed explanation. I really appreciate that. I will follow the same procedure in HMRC website to declare the tax. I presume I just need to declare the extra amount as halifax already paid the tax on my behalf stated in their statement. One question -> whil...

Re: Halifax Reward Account

@moonlight, thanks for your reply. Yes, my employer files my return in UK and I get P60. My query is : 1. For 2016 Tax Return, it was already done by my employer. Halifax statement also says that they rewarded £37.50 (before tax) - £7.5 (tax deducted) = £30.00 (net reward paid). From the statement, ...

Re: Halifax Reward Account

Thanks CR001 for your quick response. Yes, You are correct - I might be over thinking because halifax letter states that this summary payment details will help completing the 2016 Tax return, which was already done by employer. As you mentioned there will be no effect on immigration application, I t...

Re: T2 Sponsor Licence and Labour Market Test at the same ti

You can apply at the same time. It's a good idea to apply sponsorship license and running RLMT simultaneously so that you can save time. When RLMT is completed, if lucky, sponsorship license may also be approved. Good luck. Cheers.

Those who have already got their ILR will be able to provide the template of employer letter as it was already accepted by the case worker. If someone can post the same, it will be helpful for krishna1 and others as well. --- Cheers.

Re: Tier 2 Visa - Dependent Bank statement

Hi Pandian,

You can use your overseas bank statement for maintenance. it does not need to be UK bank account. Make sure you have sufficient amount for minimum 90 days when you apply for the visa and till the visa decision.
