Yes but the sponsor will have to conduct a genuine RLMT 2) What categories we can 'switch to' if on Tier 1 (Entrepreneur). ...

Re: need advise on payslip

Few pennies should not make a difference. As far as Home office is concerned, they only require your RTI submissions and the payslips to grant points for Job creation. They do not need your bank statement for this purpose. You bank statement is only required to check if you are actively trading in UK.

Re: Tier 1 extension not decided yet, ILR period query

If your did not get any decision on your T1 Ent application and the application is still with UKVI then you can differ your application to ILR 28 days prior to your completion of 10 years. There should be no problem if you wishlist you have met the other ILR requirements.

Well done raj.m

Your efforts makes it clear that people can be considered if they submit documents other than FPS.
The advise given to you was solely based on the net failure being reported on this forum.

Your effort is commendable. Congrats for the success.

We already covered this before. The definition of `Settled Worker` according to immigration rules includes EEA citizens. Look at the guide Annex A (A29) it is clear who you can hire according to the immigration rules. Your advisor needs to look at that ! http://www.immigrationboards.com/uk-tier-1-e...
