SET O - Tier 2 + Tier 1 - Application Form Questions

Hi I will be applying my ILR on Tier 2 G basis ( Combination of 2.5 Years on T1 and 2.5 Years on Tier 2) 1. I had a Tier 2 refusal in March or April 2014 before switching to Tier 1. I don't remember the exact month. On the form it asks to mention then the month and year of refusal. Is it OK if I put...

Reporting Salary Increment on SMS T2 - ILR

Hi Gurus, I am due to apply for ILR in July. I had a salary increment in May as a part of companies yearly review. My SOC code is 2139 and my initial salary was more the £36K mark ( which is required for ILR), and now with a salary increment its a 2% more than the initial. I don't think this has bee...

Re: Tier 1(E) + Tier 2 ILR - Tier 1 evidences

My case is same as you @goldenfinger. I will be applying for my ILR in June. I was on Tier 1 Ent for 2.5 years then switched to Tier 2. The problem I have is that I recently had a pay rise. The price has just now been updated on the SMS. This pay rise is merely 2% (not much). And is way above the £3...

As far as I know, they are eligible for ILR in June 2020. My question : Is the 180 days absence rule applicable to them for their ILR ...

Re: Break in Employment Tier-1 Entrepreneur

You should be fine . There is no requirement for the job to be continuous. The solicitor needs to read the guidance. It is clearly stated in the guidance. A single job need not consist of 12 consecutive months (for example it could exist for 6 months in one year and 6 months the following year) pro...

Re: Refusal Indication

The Immigration Rules takes the priority over the guidance . The ECO's access your application based on immigration rules. As per immigration rules paragraph 49 A full time job is one involving at least 30 hours of work a week . Two or more-part time jobs that add up to 30 hours a week will count a...

Re: Tier 1 ext 50K ( investment made by the company)

I would be grateful if you could answer my question . 1. You can not score points for investing in property and getting rental income. This is not allowed on Tier 1 Ent visa. 2. If your employee is a settled person you can score points on this. 3 and 4. Change your solicitor And read the guidance o...

Re: Tier-2 to ILR and registering new born

Registering a birth has nothing to do with your ILR application. Just go to the local council and register the birth. They will give the short birth certificate on the spot and the full birth certificate will come via post or can be collected at the council after a week. You will only need to go wit...

It means the director loan amount in my annual report is £ 67000, but my bank statement shows £76550.

Is this ok?
As long as its 50K then you are fine. If in doubt ask your accountant to amend the accounts.

I guess you got your visa in October 2014. Therefore you need : - 2 jobs for 12 months each. employing four full-time employees for six month wont be sufficient. - Employees can be from EU also no problem in that. People with ILR are also fine. - No 50k investment and job creation are two separate r...

Re: Job creation during process extension

It doesn't matter. Staff can change any time. Staff have no bearing in extension or settlement.

You are fine if the leave just replace them with someone else and maintain the job for 12 months from the time you got extension simple.

Yes you can use this staff but from my understanding you have to show that you created / maintained two jobs for 12 months period since the date you have been granted extension. Job created / maintained during the extension application process have no bearing. So hopefully when you get a positive re...
