Re: Successful PEO Croydon ILR 07 Ju 2014 - Main + 2 D Ltd

thanks Amber.

@hsr1972, I did not provide any Employer letter for those 181 days, since they were all for personal visit/ tourism.

@Subbs, yes my wife was in UK for 2 years before she went outside the country for 11 months.

Hope that helps.

cheers

Re: URGENT RESPOASE -APPLYING ILR(Set O)

Hi, 1. Its just one application form. There are pages clearly mentioned where dependent details needs to be filled in. 2. Re: SET(O) Form : 6.3

Hi,

I think the best thing for 6.3 would be to select option " submitting letter for compelling or compassionate reasons of absence."

and provide the absence letter bundle.

Good Luck !

Advice on Endorsable Fixed Penalty points

Hi, Recently, I was fined for defective tyres. So ended up with the following on my license. (April 2014) Endorsable Fixed Penalty Notice. CU30 - defective tyres. 3 points and 100 pounds fine. I did not challenge this, went ahead and have paid the fine. My ILR is due in July 2014. Will this have any...
