For those coming to the UK and NOT getting LLR (usually after overstaying) while in the UK, it starts from date of ENTRY to the UK and not the date visa was issued abroad.

They pointed out they have to build a 'picture' of my 10year residence to be credible, and spotted some complications in my situation - f...

Thanks Dan883,

I have passed life in uk test and I am MBA qualified from UK university so I guess that would be enough as a substitute of English language test.

Thanks
You're welcome. That should be enough and keep updating.

Provided you arrived in the country on 23/10/2009 the earliest you can apply is 25/09/2019.

Make sure you've got your English test plus the life in UK test.

Good Luck.

Re: 10 year ILR

Done it and it is been 4 months, and UKVI keep saying they are working on it. They should give it to you within 40working days. Email them to remind the timeline. You've overstayed between 30/11/2011 and 12/12/2011 but then this will be disregarded since the overstay days are less 28. Good Luck and...

ILR 10YEAR ROUTE APPLICATION

Dear Forum Members I am due to apply for ILR soon under long residency. My leave(T2) on BRP was expiring on 17/12/2017. Tho...

I’m on the same boat! What is your immigration history like? Is it complex? I enrolled my biometric Monday at 0930 at premium lounge, almost 4 working days ago now and still nothing.
