ILR 10YEAR ROUTE APPLICATION

Dear Forum Members I am due to apply for ILR soon under long residency. I am still not sure if the continuous residency was discontinued in one occasion where: - the HO record (from SAR) shows that my visa(T2) was curtailed and ended on 29/10/2017. My leave(T2) on BRP was expiring on 17/12/2017. Tho...

- word doc explaining all absences over the past 10 years
- Spouse's UK passport
- our marriage certificate
- letters addressed to us (individually) in the past 3 months at the same address (proof of living together)
Don't think these documents are required at all.

Re: SAR request

I wondered if I could ask - I’ve received the SAR request and am working through the travel history for the purposes of the form. For the visa issue date - did you use the date in application date raised or outcome date from the SAR? I believe outcome date yet I am not sure. Hopefully someone exper...

I’m on the same boat! What is your immigration history like? Is it complex? I enrolled my biometric Monday at 0930 at premium lounge, almost 4 working days ago now and still nothing. UKVI just said caseworker can have 5 days to revert but I keep changing my Right to work status, nothing has changed...

Thanks ..Just to be clear are you confirming to me that there is no need to have valid visa covering last 28 days before applying for ILR ?

Re: ILR Long residence - Tier 2 Salary Increase Not Reported

I'm guessing they can see my tax records through my NI number and notice the salary increase, and then see that it's not reported on the SMS system? Am I just overthinking this? Don't think they will go that far in 10 year route and even if they do, its not your fault. It's the employer's duty to u...

Posted two links.. check them out. And ur welcome. Hi, just wanted to let you know I found the exact paragraph you were referring to. It asks for 28 days to be used from either my application or determination - whichever is better for the applicant. Thank you! What page of the guide are you reading?

The link you have provided is for 5 year route not for 10 year route. You are correct. Here is the LR guidance.
