Re: Tier 2 sponsor - take over

No rule states you are forbidden to travel since you are still under TUPE arrangement but then due to the unpredictable nature of HO I would personally suggest not to travel until your new employer gets their licence and transfer you to the new company.

Hope this helps.

Re: TUPE-transferring the employee from administered company

As far as the new company applies for licence within 20 days you are ok. It is important for your employer to inform the HO(can be done via email) about the changes and the HO will keep the old licence valid until the new company gets licence. After getting the licence the employer would then again ...

Re: Tier 2 General Extension - Urgent

Looks like your employer has requested the allocation of COS.

If you require it urgently, the employer can write to the businesshelpdesk@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk and it will be issued immediately. I experienced this some time back.

hey max
thanks for your reply buddy.

I understand that 30k min salary requirement does not apply for those who had their initial COS issued before 24 Nov 2016.

T2 Extension Salary help

Appeal Withdraw

Hi everyone

If I want to withdraw the appeal, when does the withdrawal date counts from?

Is it from the day I sent a withdraw request, or is it from the date the tribunal confirms??

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank You
