they thank you so much for your reply. So in my case will I be right to accept following salary in 30 hours and make an application for extension. Code - 2421 Experienced salary : 29k based on 39 hours 29000/52/39 = 14.29p/h x 30 hrs = 428p/w x 52 wks= £22307 22307 p/a Please advise me if I am wrong

I understand that 30k min salary requirement does not apply for those who had their initial COS issued before 24 Nov 2016.

Hi everyone

If I want to withdraw the appeal, when does the withdrawal date counts from?

Is it from the day I sent a withdraw request, or is it from the date the tribunal confirms??

If you are applying for 5 years make sure you get the salary for experienced worker. Not like the new entrant. can you send a letter to withdraw the appeal and apply for the application in the same day? Don't you have to wait them to confirm the withdrawal?? And what is the new employment start date...
