Inform them when you have an application under review by the UKBA. Otherwise...not required. it is not manddatory to have the ILR stamp transferred to a new passport. Just make sure that you bring the old one with ILR stamp - better yet is to attach both of them together. Not entirely correct... 1. yes so long as you register to a local GP. 2. only children, mothers with less than 1 yr old baby and individuals with special needs are free from paying prescription fees. The rest shall pay a nominal amount. The answer is YES for all the 3 questions... All the best!
