Topic: Does EMBA accepted in MBA provision?

I thought an EMBA for any program was merely a compressed version of specific topics suited for executives who cannot be present in the classroom and therefore would not equate to a "full" MBA. You should email the HSMP team or call them for clarification. An EMBA or a distance leaning MBA or part-...

IMHO, there's no need to request for another letter. Simply attach the business card/s of the individual/s that signed the letter.

Sustaining power initially to stay in the UK? You need to have sufficient funds to support yourself.

If you have a frined or relative in the UK, the better unless otherwise they are not capable of initially supporting you in terms of having a home whilst you're looking for a job.

The best solution really is to provide test results from English language tests such as IELTS or TOEFL.

The second alternative is to have a sort of certification indicating that you have completed your studies / coursework using the English language.

You can use Fedex or DHL but ensure you call HO first and request for an exact address. These couriers do not deliver to PO boxes.

It is clearly stated in the guidelines that an individual can apply for an out of country application while that person is in the UK (even on a visit visa). Correspondence will be sent to that person's home country address. However, the EC application should be filed in his/her home country. Applyin...

They only had a problem with my work experience letter. But my solicitor, who has already dealt with several successful HSMP cases, approved the letter to be very comprehensive and detailed. I agree with Chess. The final judgement still lies with the caseworker and not your solicitor. If the casewo...

Yup the answer should be "No". The question asked refers to any potential circumstances that would not allow you to work in your profession e.g. as accountant, engineer etc.

the HSMP will use your previous reference number for your application and they will act on the new application appropriately and would not dwell on the previous one.

Always look at the bright side - think positive.

Cheers!
