Re: ILR Visa Transfer - Urgent

it is not manddatory to have the ILR stamp transferred to a new passport. Just make sure that you bring the old one with ILR stamp - better yet is to attach both of them together. I've used this approach in the past and there should be no problems. Hey peaple, In august 2010 I was granted ILR after ...

Not entirely correct... 1. yes so long as you register to a local GP. 2. only children, mothers with less than 1 yr old baby and individuals with special needs are free from paying prescription fees. The rest shall pay a nominal amount. The answer is YES for all the 3 questions... All the best!

you need to make sure that your appli will arrived on 23rd as they make sure that you've spent exactly 5yrs or 3yrs qualifying period - why risk it. No. It's the day of receipt at UKBA which counts. So what day would be earliest for UKBA to accept my application if my ILR was granted on 22 Dec 2009....

Re: ILR : working in an EU country etc.

ILR only applies in the UK. if you're a visa national to Schengen states then you'll still require a visa to work/visit these states as the UK is not a signatory to the Schengen treaty. Dear friends Please I need your help. After I must have acquired ILR after 14 years stay, I plan to travel to an E...
