Meaning child is able to come to the UK without any immigration restrictions. Once in UK apply for its british passport ...

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

My wife was also telling me that lady at gerrys told her it's true that if you get a reference number in the email from UKVI then that means that you have definetly been granted the visa. But she did say that it doesn't necessarily have to be two emails, but having the reference in the email is the...

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

@humawakas2014 - what was the refusal reason for last - surely it can't be what you stated...if that was the case you should have appealed/ reviewed? The points that were relevant were that not full 12 months bank statement and no sa302 form from hmrc. Hence why we are reapplying. However they also...

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

Added in my daughters right of abode certificate copy and passport ...

To be honest, when I applied at the time this BETA version was not LIVE, I would assume since this in beta version and not a final version, anything that is not relevant to you just mark it as N/A. After the first question of nationality which I put down as british citizen, the second question was ...

Re: Spouse Visa, Sole Trader - Bank Statement Query?

I don't know where you derive that requirement. Appendix FM-SE paragraph 7(E) or (F) certainly doesn't stipulate the requirement you are alleging. Hi obie, I have copy and pasted the information: "(e) Where the person holds or held a separate business bank account(s), bank statements for the same 1...

Spouse Visa, Sole Trader - Bank Statement Query?
