Re: Queries for Spouse Naturalisation

I'm confused. are you applying solely for her or for you too?? If it's just for her then she's a director as occupation, and give the business address where it asks...so she's not a housewife! When applying under 3 year rule everything is so simplified. I told you what documents you willneed. Where ...

Re: 6 Months Window for processing

The telephone operatives are quite bad for giving wrong information out. it's 6 months from date of application generally but it has been argued that HO say 6 months from fee debit. In regards to MP chase him and tell him your not happy with what he hasn't done... it's awful when your own MP is like...

Her official occupation is a Director so put Director..and since Your wife is applying as spouse of BC under 3 year rule so no, she only needs her proof of degree, life in the uk test , her passport, your passport, marriage certificate ( with translation of its not in English)

Sorry then I must be misinformed.
I was always lead to believe that tests taken AFTER April 2015 were to be awarded by SELT or trinity college and nobody else.

Hard to keep up with all this!!

Re: Help plsssssss

You need to wait for the biometric letter from HO.

You can't do it before. Their letter contains a barcode that he Post Office to scan.

There is nothing you can to speed up the whole process...
you just have to wait!

Hi there. I applied for British Citizenship on 19/05/2014. Got a refusal letter on 12/03/2015 (10 months later). Submitted a Reconsideration Application on 13/04/2015. It has now been over 6 months and no decision (no calls or letters from HO either). Frustrated... why were you refused? They said I...
