Re: Varying Tier1 entrepreneur extension to ILR

FLR(FP) is unlikely to succeed without a child who is settled or a British Citizen. FLR(M) cannot succeed without a full take year return from business or an average of 2 tax years. Her FLR(M) can be put on hold pending your ILR. Her Dependent visa is likely to be refused if you move to long reside...

Re: Varying Tier1 entrepreneur extension to ILR

Thanks Paru.org, I think the 1st option is the best, I might go for that one. @Meesha, Normally you pay fee for each application (initial and varied) and then get refund for the initial one. But few people in the forum have just paid the difference by cheque. I most probably will pay the difference ...

Re: Varying Tier1 entrepreneur extension to ILR

Thanks Casa for your reply Actually being an entrepreneur I also fall victim to the hoax that a director can't take wages out of the company otherwise it would be considered as withdrawal out of the business. On advise of accountant and few solicitors I stopped taking salary and started using up my ...

Re: No entry stamps upon return from Ireland?

@cyborg001
What about your bank statements of that time??? you must have used the cash mashines in U.k/London in those days. Send thata as a proof of your existence in U.K for the time in question.

Re: No entry stamps upon return from Ireland?

@cyborg001 I have lived in northern Ireland for 8 years, and that true when you land to the Mainland they don't record your arrival for domestic flights. That why I told you that only the aitrlines have the information if that journey was completed, means you actually travelled physically on the air...

Re: No entry stamps upon return from Ireland?

@cyborg001 I believe just booking won't be enough but you have to prove that journey was completed means you have an exit in U.K each time. I am not sure if you can get these information off the airlines but they must have in their record if actually the person has travelled or not. I think before g...

Father's visit visa refused

Respected forum members and moderators please throw some light on refusal of my father's visit visa (standard). The reasons of refusal are given below. 1) You have stated that you intend to travel alone to the U.K 14 days for tourism and to visit your son and I have recognised the importance of fami...

Dear Kkapil,
it looks like you don't read the recent experiences posted by a few members. you can definitely vary your application 28 days before touching the actual 10 years. I would really like you to share the exact wordings of the policy guidance that forbid you to do so.

From your analysis I gathered, one edge of the sword is used to cut off the string that has currently being used by the hate preachers/criminals to dangled down and avoid being thrown away but what about the other edge??? Is it not going to be used against the already hard hit immigrants? be it a lo...

@asfan123 if they have asked about the said documents, the only reason behind it could be to confirm your business is actively trading, and that You meet all the requirement for the previous visa, in your case its Entrepreneur.
