How long does it take to process working visa application ?

I have submitted my application on 1st Sept.

I got my green card after 15 days, but green card is valid from date you or your empoyer have indicated.
You need to allow them 12 weeks time so your green card'll be valid 12 weeks after your application was made.

Hi, tnx for the responce. I got green card last week but is valid from 06 October 2014, so my question was Once I get visa will I be able to enter Ireland before in September or earlier.

It's possible to enter Ireland before green card permit validity, I mean will I have any problems in port of entrance in case
I show up few weeks earlier ?

I am non EU citizen living in Italy. I got a job in Dublin (am medical professional) and I was wondering
how long does it take to process my gc application. Employer returned my application to DJEI on June 27th .
