It should appear at the Further actions tabs when you login to your application
TABS are appearing in following order for me
1. Start
2. Application
3. Documents
4. Declaration
5. Pay
6. Further actions

Did you paid the fees and booked an appointment?

Can my Son Travel aborad on his Tier 2 dependent BRP when his MN1 Application is in process? What if UKBA issue him a British certificate when we are abroad?

You won't get any consent letter to download, just write your own and sign it in same or separate letters. I have applied for my SON MN1 Application in Feb 2019 and I can confirm that at the end of the application after payment we have downloaded the form, Kindly see the attachment from my applicat...

You can download the Consent letter at the end of the application then both parents can sign on that.

You can use the first link only if your partner and children are applying at the same time.

***You can also add dependant children to your application. For example, if you are applying as a partner with two children, you can all apply on the same application.

Note : You can also check your last application that what you have selected , for shortage occupation? it should be the same as per your last applications
